Customer Service Representative
Entry Level position in an automotive parts & software company. We are seeking individuals wanting to grow with the business, are detail oriented, and take pride in their work. Must have a strong aptitude in customer service and computers.
Required education:
- Highschool
- Some post-secondary education is strongly preffered
Experience:
- No experience required, but would be an asset
- Strong business acumen is an asset
General Duties:
- Assist customers with orders and inquiries
- Handle inbound calls from retail and wholesale customers
- Input new items into our catalogue
- Look up vehicle parts on computer interface
- Process customer orders
- Greet and assist walk-in customers
- Place orders with suppliers
- Any other general tasks as required.
Training:
- This position involves a signicant amount of learning and training, and is not suited for people looking for casual or short-term employment.
Starting Wage:
- $12-16/hour
Hours
- 35-40 hours/week
Times between when you could be scheduled to work:
- Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
- Saturday 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
